Sara Lyon brings her rich experience as a business owner, doula, childbirth educator, prenatal massage therapist, and mother to her clients. An alumna of The University of Michigan and Australia’s Endeavour College of Natural Medicine, Sara has built multiple successful enterprises and guided dozens of wellness practitioners to their success.

Sara’s company, Glow Birth & Body®, has served over 12,000 clients with pregnancy support since its founding in 2010. Glow’s award winning proprietary perinatal massage technique is available in Chicago, New York City and The Bay Area. Sara has been training expert prenatal massage therapists since 2006.

Her publications, The Birth Deck and You’ve Got This, have sold over 20,000 copies internationally through her publishing company.
